6 Months Old

Ronan is already 6 months old! It feels like just yesterday that he was born. He is at a very fun age right now and we are enjoying every moment of it. We went to the doctor this past week and she said he still looks great! He got four shots and cried more this time. I think it gets tougher the older he gets because he is a lot more aware of things.

Here are his 6 month stats:

Weight: 15 pounds 13 ounces (25th percentile)
Height: 27 1/4 inches (75th percentile)

The monster has now become a toy. I could not get a shot of him with it just sitting beside him. Oh well! At least he is happy. :)

Here are a few things about Ronan at 6 months old:

• Ronan is sleeping in his crib in his bedroom.
• He is trying really hard to crawl. He can lift himself up on his elbows and his hands and tries to lunge forward but then plops on his belly.
• He LOVES his Jump-n-Go doorway jumper. It is my saving grace now for a shower each morning!
• He has 2 teeth coming in on the bottom.
• He can respond to his name when called.
• He can pass objects from one hand to the other.
  
• He still hates to ride in the car at night. It scares him and he goes nuts! Thank goodness daylight savings is next month so we can go places later. Haha
• He can sit up completely unsupported.
  
• He can stand and play at his learning table with support.
