Meatballs

Ronan's favorite meal is meatballs. He loves them and probably eats them about three or four times a week for dinner!! I make them in large batches and freeze them in plastic bags so I can pull them out when needed. Because Ronan needs his veggies, I always add a can of sliced carrots to my meatball mixture. He does not even notice. :)
