We went to go see the doctor who delivered him. This is a picture of us at his office. He is such a great doctor and we are so glad to have had him deliver Ronan. I miss our weekly visits with him. Haha...he was very funny. If you look closely, his name made it to the board. He is famous. :)
Sometimes Ronan likes his pacifier. On this day, he apparently did. If he is not interested in it, he will pop it out and spit it out. He has to be in the right mood to want the pacifier.
He has begun to smile a little bit more. Here is a picture of him smiling in his sleep. I wonder what he is dreaming about. He looks so peaceful.
Here is Ronan getting ready for a bath. Ronan loves bath time! He will sit there calmly and look around. He enjoys licking the water as you wash and rinse his face. Mommy loves a clean baby so I am glad he enjoys it. He starts to get upset when you take him out to dry him off. He gets a little chilly. Poor baby. :(
For Labor Day weekend, my dad's parents came all the way from Missouri to meet their new great grandsons. We were also able to celebrate my dad's 56th birthday. Happy Birthday Dad!
Here are some videos we took of Ronan.
During the first one, he was sitting in his bouncer and would look up at his owl and racoon that are hanging from it. Every once in a while he would smile at them. Of course as soon as we pulled out the camera, he stopped smiling, spit up and then got fussy. Oh well, you can kind of see a little smile at the very beginning and you can also see his little dimples if you look closely during the video. Sorry for the crying baby and spit up you will view in the video. I promise, he was happy. :)
In the second video: He loves to sit with his head on your shoulder and look around. He often times will lift his head off your chest and hold it up all by himself! He is very good at it. Well he was doing it for a long time the other night so I grabbed the camera. He did it a few times, but then got tired. I will have to get a better video of it later. Enjoy!
On Saturday, Ronan will be one month old. We go for a one month well check on Friday so I will post an update on his stats soon.
oh my goodness--he is just perfect:) i cannot wait to meet him! i love the picture of him sleeping with his arms up and the videos are great! those dimples are too cute! and you look great by the way!! give ronan a big kiss from his aunt, uncle and cousins:)
